These are becoming more popular these days as the number of methods of teeth whitening begins to increase. The best thing about them is that they are cheap, and they will usually produce some results, just not as good as professional. However as home teeth whitening methods go they are probably one of the best.
3. Teeth whitening trays
These are also a home teeth whitening method, and are also reasonably effective if you use them over a long period of time. Basically you put on a tray that has peroxide bleaching gel in it and leave it as long as the manufacturer states you should. You repeated this however many times the product recommends and by the end you will hopefully have teeth that are whiter. If you buy whitening trays from your dentist they will probably be better than if you buy over the counter. You can also get custom whitening trays which are fitted to your teeth and hence give
better results.
4. Natural teeth whitening methods
These include things such as the remedies that you see on the internet and should be avoided. Often they are not recommended by a dentist or other dental professional, and can even be damaging to your teeth.
